Cooling system for Plate induction heat treatment furnace :
The closed cooling tower is used for cooling, and the core of the fully enclosed cooling device is the spray evaporation closed cooling tower. There are many cooling coils inside the cooling tower, and circulating water flows inside the coils without coming into contact with the air. There is a water collection tray under the cooling tower, which contains spray water. The inlet of the water collection tray is equipped with a float valve, which can automatically control the water level inside the tray. The outlet has a spray water pump. The upper part of the cooling tower is equipped with spray nozzles and cooling fans. During operation, the spray water pump pumps water to the upper spray port, spraying water in a mist onto the outer surface of the coil. The cooling fan also draws air, causing the spray water to vaporize and take away the heat from the circulating water inside the coil. This advanced type of cooling device has high heat transfer efficiency and occupies a small space. It is more efficient to personally dig a cooling water tank than before.
